Angie Maurer is a seasoned clinical operations executive and emotional intelligence (EQ) leadership coach with over 25 years of experience transforming clinical research across pharma, biotech, medical device and diagnostic companies. She has led global clinical trials and built operational infrastructures for top organizations and emerging biotech innovators.
As a certified EQ coach, Angie brings a deep understanding of the emotional landscape leaders navigate—especially women balancing high-performance careers with caregiving and authenticity.
